An onfleet-style dispatch and delivery system for managing drivers, vehicles, routes, and daily courier operations.

Interfaces — admin, driver, merchant, public tracking
Roles with an editable permission matrix
Parcel lifecycle statuses, fully audited
Operational reports, CSV + PDF export
One Laravel application serves the back office, the drivers on the road and the merchants who book with you — plus public tracking by AWB with no login at all.
Orders, dispatch, routes, live tracking and debriefing for operations; COD, reconciliation, merchant billing, invoices and reports for finance. The permission matrix decides what each role sees.
admin@shipzo.demo · password Admin@123An installable progressive web app for jobs, proof of delivery, cash and an offline queue. When the signal drops, actions queue locally and replay when the connection returns — nothing is lost and nothing is applied twice.
driver@shipzo.demo · password 1234Merchants book shipments, follow them by AWB and see exactly where their cash stands. The portal is a progressive web app, so it installs to the home screen with no app store involved.

Not a demo skeleton. The booking, dispatch, cash and billing flows are wired end to end against real business rules rather than stubs.
Booking through to final status, with a complete audited timeline.
Assign work with the full picture of every driver in front of you.
Where every driver is, what they're carrying and when they'll arrive.
Cash tracked as an event ledger, never as a single mutable number.
Merchant billing, and every operational document as a PDF.
Multi-role, white-label and auditable from the first day.
Every menu of the admin console, straight from here. You will be asked to sign in once — use admin@shipzo.demo / Admin@123 and the page you clicked opens next.
Every image below is the running application on its shipped demo data — click any one to enlarge.
Unassigned work on one side, your drivers on the other, with the context needed to make the call — how many jobs they already hold, how much cash they are carrying, whether they are even on shift.
Build a multi-stop route, reorder it by dragging, or let the nearest-neighbour optimiser take a first pass. Distance and time estimates update as you go, and the map previews the whole run.
COD moves through five explicit states and each transition is an event, so at any moment you can say exactly how much is expected, how much sits in a driver's pocket and how much has reached the merchant.
Success rate, failure reasons, SLA breaches, driver performance, revenue and COD — filtered by date and exportable. Ten operational reports ship ready to run: on screen, to CSV and to PDF.
Open any AWB and you get the full lifecycle: who booked it, every status change with time and actor, the proof of delivery, the COD ledger and every notification that was sent about it.

The driver app and the merchant portal are progressive web apps. They install to the home screen, straight from the browser.

Permissions are data, not code. Edit the matrix in Settings and the navigation, the pages and the API all follow — every mutating endpoint is guarded on the server.
Full access to every module, setting and audit record.
Operations management, branding, users and configuration.
Orders, dispatch, routes, live tracking and debriefing.
COD, reconciliation, merchant billing, invoices and reports.
Parcel handling, handback, returns and scanning.
The mobile app — jobs, proof of delivery, cash, offline queue.
The portal — self-service booking, tracking, COD and billing.
Parcel tracking by AWB, with no login at all.
Plain Laravel and Blade, with readable SQL in the service layer. Front-end libraries are vendored, so there is nothing to build and nothing to npm-install before it runs.
You get the full source code. Open the project in your AI coding tool of choice and extend it to fit your operation.
The demo runs on seeded data covering a full working week — drivers live on the map, cash in hand, parcels mid-route and invoices waiting to be raised. Sign in as any role below. When it fits, buy the complete source code on Vibe96 and run it on your own server, under your own brand.
